Production

The production team crafts unique products using techniques like screen printing and vinyl application. Their mission is to bring innovative, one-of-a-kind designs to life that excite customers, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Social Media

The social media team shares Hilltop Creations' story on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. Their mission is to connect with a diverse range of audiences and establish a strong, lasting presence that fosters brand growth.

Distribution

The distribution team handles prepping orders for delivery/pickup. They package the products, include special effects, coordinate delivery and pickups. They also process raw materials and supplies that the other teams will use. They plan and design what the packaging will look like, including adding logos/branding items to the packaging.

Business

The business team leads product acquisition, manages finances, and tracks sales and production. Their main mission is to set clear long-term goals and outline them in a business plan that supports the company’s growth.

Marketing

The marketing team drives awareness of Hilltop Creations by understanding what customers value and reaching new audiences. Their mission is to build a strong, positive image of the company and create campaigns that inspire interest and loyalty.
